Stefany Garcia, Legal Secretary

Stefany Garcia is a bilingual Legal Secretary at Asghar Law with more than 10 years of experience working in legal support roles. Born in Guatemala, Stefany came to the United States with her family when she was three years old and grew up navigating life between two cultures. Her personal immigration journey, which ultimately led to becoming a naturalized U.S. citizen, has given her a meaningful connection to the individuals and families the firm serves.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Stefany brings strong communication, organization, and people skills to her role. In addition to her legal experience, she previously worked in restaurant management, where she developed leadership skills, learned how to manage high-pressure situations, and strengthened her ability to connect with people from many different backgrounds.

Stefany has always been drawn to helping others and being someone people can rely on. She understands that immigration matters can carry enormous emotional weight for individuals and families, and she approaches each interaction with patience, empathy, and respect.

Her experience at Asghar Law has reinforced the importance of working within a team that values both its clients and its people. She takes pride in contributing to an environment where clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their immigration journey.

Outside of the office, Stefany is a proud wife and mother of two daughters and is grateful to have welcomed two sons into her family, giving her four beautiful blessings. She enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, celebrating her Guatemalan culture and traditions, and finding opportunities to help others. She remains deeply proud of where she comes from and grateful for the journey and opportunities that have shaped her life.
