Bio
Noelle Cabral is an Associate Immigration Attorney at Asghar Law, where she has focused exclusively on immigration law since the beginning of her legal career. Ms. Cabral earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2019 and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law and became a published author through her academic contributions to the journal.
As a proud Cuban American, Ms. Cabral is deeply passionate about serving the immigrant community and brings a personal understanding of immigration law shaped by her own experiences. She was inspired to pursue a career advocating for immigrants and their families by her late mother, who zealously practiced immigration law for over a decade.
Ms. Cabral is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients through her work as an immigration attorney at Asghar Law. Whether reuniting families, advocating for humanitarian protection, guiding individuals through the path to U.S. citizenship, or protecting against removal, she is committed to positively impacting the immigrant community. She prides herself on providing compassionate, attentive, and effective legal representation to all of her clients.
Outside of the office, Ms. Cabral is a proud wife, daughter, sister, and mother of two young children who inspire her to continue her advocacy. She credits her family’s unwavering support for helping her achieve where she is today. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family, and reading.
