Madelina “Maddie” James serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Asghar Law, where she oversees the firm’s operations, team development, client experience, and strategic growth. Working closely alongside the firm’s leadership, Maddie plays a central role in transforming the firm’s vision into the systems, standards, and strategies that drive its continued success.
Maddie brings a combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and a deeply people-centered approach to her role. She is passionate about building strong teams, creating efficient systems, and ensuring that Asghar Law continues to grow while maintaining the personal connection and exceptional level of service its clients deserve.
As COO, Maddie works across every area of the firm to strengthen processes, develop team members, establish accountability, improve the client journey, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
