Aixa Davila, Senior Legal Secretary

Aixa Davila is a Senior Legal Secretary at Asghar Law with experience in the immigration field since 2021. Over the years, she has continued to expand her knowledge of immigration administration while developing a strong understanding of the importance of providing clients with thoughtful, attentive, and compassionate support.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Aixa is fluent in both Spanish and English. Her bilingual background allows her to connect with clients from diverse communities and help create an environment where they feel comfortable, heard, and understood from the moment they interact with the firm.

Helping others has always been personally meaningful to Aixa, and working in immigration law has only strengthened that commitment. She understands that seeking immigration assistance can be emotional and overwhelming for individuals and families, and she believes that patience, empathy, clear communication, and a warm approach can make a meaningful difference in a client’s experience.

In her role at Asghar Law, Aixa takes pride in supporting clients as they navigate important and often life-changing immigration matters. She values being part of a team that approaches each case with professionalism, care, and dedication, while never losing sight of the person behind the process.

Outside of the office, Aixa is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She also enjoys celebrating her Puerto Rican culture through music, dancing, and cultural festivities, as well as painting, trying new activities, exploring restaurants, and discovering new foods and experiences.
